JOLLY LATE: Santa Claus was late for a scheduled appearance Tuesday at the Board of Supervisors (B2), and the supes seemed a little skeptical about his excuse--Santa was overheard whispering to Supervisor Thomas F. Riley that he couldn’t find a parking space. . . . Adding insult to injury, Harriett M. Wieder chided Santa for looking too thin, to which he replied: “I’m on Jenny Craig,” a weight-loss program.
