North All-Stars Defeat South in Water Polo

IRVINE — Zac Holder of Foothill High scored four goals, helping the North defeat the South, 13-5, in the fourth Orange County all-star water polo match Saturday at Heritage Park.

The game matched all-senior teams selected by the coaches.

The North led, 6-3, at halftime, then outscored the South, 4-0, in the third to put the game away. The series is now tied 2-2.

Gavin Arroyo of Villa Park, Matt Maclear of El Dorado and Sunny Hills’ Christian Corrigan each had two goals for the North. Brandon Howald of Corona del Mar had two goals to lead the South.
