The Marketplace, across the street from the Brea Mall, is part of Lowe Development Corp.’s Brea Place, a 57-acre mixed-use project. Phase I of the Marketplace is anchored by United Artists’ eight-screen theater and Marshalls department store. The second phase of the shopping area is expected to break ground in January and be completed in fall of 1990, with Circuit City as an additional anchor store.
