The American Military Action in Panama

Your editorial “Toward a Truly Free Panama” (Dec. 26) focuses on one man, Manuel Noriega. We have forgotten the innocent Panamanians and the price they must pay because of U.S. intervention. Panama deserves sovereignty and dignity and not a rape by the most powerful country in the world.
