SOCCER ROUNDUP : Lunceford Scores 5 Goals in Trabuco Hills’ Victory

Linda Lunceford had five goals lead Trabuco Hills High School to a 9-0 victory over Bolsa Grande in a nonleague girls’ soccer match at Bolsa Grande.
Blinn Roberson had two goals for Trabuco Hills, which improved to 10-4.
In other nonleague girls’ soccer:
University 2, El Modena 1--Carrie Caposino scored 20 minutes into the first half and Kathleen Pitchess scored 10 minutes into second half to lead visiting University (4-4-2). Kelli Kynock had 10 saves for University.
In Empire League girls’ soccer:
Katella 0, Cypress 0--Debbie Swans had nine saves to lead Katella, 4-5-1 overall and 0-0-1 in the league, past Cypress (4-4-1 and 0-0-1).
Esperanza 9, Loara 0--Senior midfielder Chrissy Coppage had three goals and three assists to lead Esperanza (15-2).
Los Alamitos 0, El Dorado 0-- Kathy Skoglund had eight saves for Los Alamitos (7-2-1, 0-0-1). El Dorado is 7-2-2 and 0-0-1.
In Olympic league girls’ soccer:
Orange Lutheran 4, St. Margaret’s 0--Shannon Larson had two goals and Amber Parkinson had two for host Orange Lutheran (6-1-1, 1-0-1).
In South Coast League girls’ soccer:
Dana Hills 2, Mission Viejo 0--Kristin Bye had both goals and Briana O’Dowd had nine saves for visiting Dana Hills (12-1-1).
In nonleague boys’ soccer:
Villa Park 5, Fullerton 0-- Sophomore David Szekeres had two goals to lead Villa Park (5-2-2). Ronald Lou, Jim Obleda and Jim Hall each added a goal.
