Pipeline Firm Wins Commitments: The Wyoming-California Pipeline Co. said it received firm long-term commitments to move 530 million cubic feet of natural gas, a sufficient volume to proceed with construction of a 30-inch pipeline from Wyoming to California. Construction is scheduled to start this year, and the $665-million pipeline could begin moving gas to California markets by late 1991, the company said.
