Delta Expands Smoking Ban: Delta Air Lines expanded its no-smoking policy to all its flights to the Caribbean, Bermuda and Canada. Starting Feb. 26, smoking will be banned by federal law on all flights in the United States of six hours or less, and Delta’s new rules extend the area covered to all of North America. Other major airlines said they have no immediate plans to follow Delta’s lead.
