Loudon Bows Out: If a revival of “Annie” rises out of the ashes of “Annie 2,” it will be without Dorothy Loudon as the evil Miss Hannigan. “Dorothy loves ‘Annie’ but has decided not to do the revival,” her agent, Lionel Larner, said. But director Martin Charnin confirmed Wednesday he was proceeding with the revival and would hold auditions in New York next week. Loudon, who won a Tony Award in 1977 for her performance in the original musical, reprised the role in “Annie 2,” a $7-million sequel that was subtitled “Miss Hannigan’s Revenge.” It folds Saturday at the Kennedy Center in Washington.
