After more than nine hours of testimony from seven witnesses, the Southern Section executive committee was unable to reach a decision on the case involving three suspended Victor Valley High boys basketball players who allegedly attacked officials at the end of a game Dec. 6.
A new date, Feb. 8, was set to continue the open hearings, during which 12 more witnesses are scheduled to appear. However, attorneys for the players are scheduled to appear in court in Victorville Monday in an attempt to gain a temporary restraining order overturning the suspensions.
