Suspects in Drive-In Murder Case

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department has released composite photos of three suspects wanted for the Dec. 15 abduction, rape and murder of Irene Franco, 20. The victim was abducted from the South Bay Six Theater, a drive-in complex near the interchange of the Harbor and 405 freeways in Carson.
The suspects are described as blacks between the ages of 18 and 25, possibly with Jheri curl hairstyles. Left to right, the first is 5-feet-9 to 6 feet, medium build, medium complexion and freckles. The second is between 5-feet-7 and 5-feet-10, with medium build, dark complexion. The third also has a medium build and dark complexion, between 5-feet-10 and 6-feet-1.
They are believed to be armed and anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s homicide bureau at (213) 974-4341.
