Postal Rates

I read in your paper about the proposed postal increase with the promise of better service (Part A, Feb. 6). Please let me add my disapproval until the pounds of unsolicited third-class mail at my home and office (none of which I even open) arrive having paid the same amount of postage I pay when I mail a letter.

Now that would mean better service to me.
