Standard & Poor’s said it lowered its ratings on certain subordinated debt and certificates of deposit of Columbia Savings & Loan . . . The Investment Company Institute reported that the assets of the nation’s 497 money market mutual funds fell $374.1 million in the week ended Feb. 14 to $387.11 billion.
