‘Batman’ on Pay Per View: 1989’s much-hyped box-office champion begins a run on the Request and Cable Video Store networks today. Request will show “Batman” five times a day for the next two weeks, with today’s airings at 6 a.m., 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Request is charging a suggested retail price of $4.95. The Cable Video Store network will run “Batman” four times today, though specific air times and price were not available.
