Mosbacher Optimistic

WASHINGTON — Commerce Secretary Robert A. Mosbacher said today he believes the chance for progress toward opening Japanese markets is greater than ever and he hopes to impart a sense of urgency to Japanese leaders in Tokyo next week.
Mosbacher is leading a delegation of top-level Commerce Department trade experts to a series of meetings with Japanese government and business leaders Tuesday through next Friday.
