Israel Bombs Guerrilla Bases in Lebanon

BEIRUT — Four Palestinians were killed and eight wounded Friday when Israeli warplanes bombed guerrilla bases 40 miles north of Beirut in an unusually deep incursion into Lebanon, security sources said.
The jets fired about 35 missiles at bases of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command, the sources said.
The Damascus-based PFLP-GC, led by Ahmed Jibril, has launched a series of attacks against Israeli targets.
