STOP THE PRESSES: Politically conscious Aussie rockers Midnight Oil has successfully pressured its record label--Columbia Records--to release its new album (and CD), “Blue Sky Mining,” with recycled paper jackets. . . . Poison is finishing up its new album, tentatively titled “Flesh and Blood,” which could hit the stores as early as June. . . . Irish popsters That Petrol Emotion are back with a high-octane new album titled “Chemicrazy,” which features such new tunes as “Hey Venus,” “Scum Surfin’ ” and “Sweet Shiver Burn.”
