El Cajon Christian 80, Faith Baptist 72--Tony Clark scored 48 points to lead the Patriots in the Southern Regional Division V title game at Cal State Dominguez Hills.
El Cajon Christian (19-11) will play Northern champion Colusa (27-2), which beat Denair, 81-79, for the State championship Friday in Oakland.
The 6-foot-8 Clark, who has 1,312 points this season and is averaging 43 points a game, made 19 of 27 shots and hit four three-pointers. He also had 10 rebounds, five assists and two blocked shots.
The Arizona-bound forward had 24 points in the first half to take El Cajon Christian to a 40-22 lead.
Alex Estrada scored 32 points for Faith Baptist (21-11), the Southern Section 1-A champion.
