New address: Frank B. Hall & Co. Inc., one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage firms, has moved its West Coast regional office to Costa Mesa from downtown Los Angeles “because Orange County is fast becoming an important international center for business and commerce within the Pacific Rim,” said Ron Jackson, chief executive for the Costa Mesa office. The new regional office is in the Imperial Bank building near South Coast Plaza.
