* Lee Ann Buchanan has been named senior vice president and managing partner of Nelson Ralston Robb Communications’ California division in Costa Mesa. She was previously vice president of client services for the public relations, marketing and advertising agency. In addition, Annette McCluskey was promoted from account group manager to vice president of public relations for the division.
