Big Moves: Toastmasters International is relocating its world headquarters from Santa Ana south to Rancho Santa Margarita, where the leadership training organization bought 3.5 acres and is constructing a 47,000-square-foot office building. Also, Pyramid Optical Corp., a unit of Japan’s largest maker of surveying equipment, bought a building with 39,000 square feet in Garden Grove’s Euclid Business Center for $2.5 million. Pyramid is moving from two buildings in Irvine.
