Richard M. Drysdale has been elected chairman of Terminal Data Corp., a Moorpark-based producer of document-imaging equipment. Drysdale, 58, succeeded Stanley R. Schoen, who had been chairman for the past two years.
Schoen, 67, resigned for personal reasons but remains a Terminal Data director, the company said. Drysdale, a Terminal Data director, also is president of Westwood Management Co., a Los Angeles venture capital firm.
