Faulty Logic?

Thank you for the article on the Rose Canyon Fault (“Rose Canyon Fault Designated Active Hazard,” April 19). What you didn’t point out is that, after years of study and thousands of dollars, the city has decided to build the new City Hall slap bang on top of this fault. It could be worse, it could have been a nuclear power plant.
