Rolling Hills City Manager Terrence Belanger is resigning to take the job of assistant city manager for Diamond Bar, Rolling Hills officials said Friday.
Belanger, who managed the gated community for 4 1/2 years, will leave at the end of June. Council members will meet Monday night to determine procedures for finding his replacement, Councilwoman Ginny Leeuwenburgh said.
“He was well-liked and well-qualified and certainly did our city a great deal of good service,” Leeuwenburgh said.
