Estancia Beats Glendale in Badminton Playoffs

Doan Nguyen picked up three points, helping Estancia High School to a 14-5 victory over Glendale in a Southern Section 4-A badminton match Tuesday at Estancia.

Nguyen won in girls’ singles, 11-3, 11-2, and 11-6, 11-5, then paired with Chung Nguyen to win, 12-15, 15-10, 15-4, in mixed doubles for Estancia (18-0).
