WEEKEND TV : Feinstein-Van de Kamp Head to Head on KCBS

Democratic gubernatorial candidates Dianne Feinstein and John Van de Kamp face off in their second debate Sunday at 4:30 p.m. on Channel 2. They’ll tackle questions from a panel of print and broadcast journalists, with their answers also being simulcast on radio on KFWB-AM (980) and KNX-AM (1070).

NBC, virtually annihilated in recent weeks by the overwhelming success of ABC’s “America’s Funniest Home Videos” and Fox’s “The Simpsons,” tries a different tack Sunday at 8 p.m. (4)(36)(39) with “Expose.” Hosted by Tom Brokaw, this hourlong series of investigative reports takes a look at corruption in the U.S. government’s war on drugs, the murders of Beverly Hills millionaire Jose Menendez and his wife, allegedly by their two sons, and Iraq’s attempt to procure nuclear weapons.
