Edward R. Ludloff has been promoted to senior vice president of operations for Calsonic Climate Control. He succeeds William L. Crew, who has retired. Ludloff was previously vice president of plant operations for the Irvine-based manufacturer of automotive air-conditioning systems. He joined the company in 1982 after holding various engineering and production management positions, including 23 years with Ford Motor Co.
