Unocal Completes Sale of Unit: Unocal Corp. said it completed the sale of its Norwegian oil and gas subsidiary Unocal Norge A/S to Paris-based Total Compagnie Francaise des Petroles for $322 million. Unocal said it would realize an after-tax gain of $130 million from the sale.
