La Serna High to Play Tustin for the 3-A Title

La Serna High’s baseball team will try for the Southern Section 3-A title when it plays Tustin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Anaheim Stadium.
The Lancers, coached by Vern Brock, reached the finals by defeating Orange, 10-1, to improve their record to 27-5. A two-run homer by Steve Holm highlighted a seven-run seventh inning.
