Three men who allegedly stole $60,000 worth of computer equipment from San Diego State University pleaded not guilty in Municipal Court, Linda Miller, a spokeswoman for the district attorney’s office, said Friday.
The prosecution will present its case against the men in a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 31.
Thomas R. Hayes, 20, has been charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and five counts of burglary, Miller said. Joshua L. Robinson, 19, an SDSU student, and Randall W. Smock, 20, are each charged with one count of receiving stolen property.
