Both contemporary and traditional architecture with brick, wood siding, stone and stucco are offered at Old Riverside, a 63-home single-family development by Concordia Homes that opens today in Riverside.
The first phase has 10 three- and four-bedroom houses in three plans, with 1,464-1,840 square feet, priced from $151,990 to $173,990.
Features include two or three baths, central air conditioning, three-car garages with provision for conversion to a bonus room or work area, vaulted ceilings, tiled entries, dining rooms and breakfast bars or nooks and concrete-tile roofs.
First move-ins are scheduled for early next year. A sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 4239 Sunrose Drive, reached from the northbound La Sierra Avenue exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway.
Large Lots Featured
Mediterranean exteriors are featured at Victoria Creek Estates, a 43-unit single-family large-lot development opening today in Riverside.
Eleven four-bedroom single-family houses with 2,186-2,604 square feet are offered in the first phase, with prices ranging from $229,500 to $265,500. The builder is Concordia Homes; each house is on a lot with a minimum of 20,000 square feet.
Among the features are dens in some plans, master suites with fireplaces and balcony decks in two plans, three-car garages and concrete-tile roofs. First move-ins are planned for early next year.
A sales office will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 16955 La Sierra Avenue, reached from the southbound La Sierra exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway.
