Leak in Ammonia Tank Sends 22 People to Hospital

GREEN BAY, Wis. — A leaking valve on a canning company storage tank released a cloud of ammonia Friday that sent 22 people to a hospital for treatment, authorities said. Police blocked off the area and evacuated some homes and businesses until the leak was brought under control.
