Tustin Firm Expands: Silicon Systems said it is expanding its manufacturing plant in Tustin. The integrated circuit company plans to add 7,000 square feet to its existing 15,000-square-foot facility but doesn’t expect a big increase in jobs. The company is owned by TDK Corp. and employs about 800 people in Tustin.
