Two partners at Los Angeles’ Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Phillips law firm who have been devoting time to other ventures are returning to the firm full time. George David Kieffer, who has been associated with the firm since 1973, has agreed to return after spending time writing, managing a private business and serving on civic boards.
