As a teen-age viewer of public television, I would like to say hats off to KCET Channel 28. The station’s programming is interesting and informative, and I think it’s safe to say KCET offers something for everyone. Whether it be a presentation of the exalted opera spectacular, “The Ring,” or classic children’s programs such as “Sesame Street” and “3-2-1 Contact,” or the amusing “Videolog,” KCET has programs to fit everyone’s needs and wants. And for all other teens who may think that PBS is too educational or nerdy for them, give it a try. The worst that can happen is you may learn something.
