Resolutions Tops Qualifiers for Los Al Denim N Diamonds

Resolutions beat out 25 quarter horses to emerge as the leading qualifier from trials Wednesday night at Los Alamitos for the upcoming $250,000 Denim N Diamonds Futurity.
Kip Didericksen piloted Resolutions to a narrow decision over Kipadeucy in the second of three time trials Wednesday night while stepping off Los Al’s 400-yard straightaway in 19.95 seconds.
That time stood up as the fastest of the evening, making Resolutions a strong pre-race favorite for the July 28 Denim N Diamonds.
Kipadeucy, an Idaho invader supplemented to the trials for $15,000, notched the second-fastest qualifying time at 19.97 seconds.
Also winning their trial divisions were Kid O Dash and My Escalon.
