General Dynamics Corp. announced special assignments for several senior executives to provide management focus on the Navy’s A-12 advanced tactical aircraft program at its Ft. Worth division. Herbert F. Rogers, president and chief operating officer, will relocate from St. Louis to Ft. Worth and assume the duties of general manager of that division. Charles A. Anderson, corporate vice president and general manager of the Ft. Worth division, will direct the A-12 program. John A. Lamers, vice president of the A-12 program, will become deputy program director. William A. Anders, General Dynamics vice chairman, will assume Rogers’ corporate management responsibilities.
