William S. Graham, 71, founder of the company that pioneered country music television syndication. Graham founded Show Biz in 1964. Through it, he syndicated “The Porter Waggoner Show,” the first “Dolly Parton Show,” “Nashville on the Road,” “A Country Place” and several other country and gospel shows. On Monday in Nashville, Tenn., of undisclosed causes.
