San Dimas : Evaluation of House Sought
The City Council has called for a historical evaluation of a 100-year-old house built by San Dimas developer William Johnston.
The resolution was prompted by a developer’s proposal to build an 80-unit townhouse complex on the property in the 400 block of San Dimas Road, south of Arrow Highway.
The resolution passed 5 to 0, even though developer Donald Reese told the council that he does not intend to tear down the house.
