COSTA MESA — A man suspected of robbing photo-development shops in four cities was arrested Wednesday afternoon, police reported.
The suspect, Patrick Nicholas, 28, a transient, was caught about half an hour after a Photo Stop store at 201 E. 17th St. was robbed about 5 p.m., said Sgt. Tim Holbrook.
Holbrook said that after a police broadcast of the description of the suspect and his getaway car, an officer spotted Nicholas at a nearby shopping center and arrested him without incident.
