In response to your article “Roseanne Strikes Out,” (Part A, July 27), where is your sense of humor, America? Roseanne Barr has nothing to apologize for. She was right in character. The folks who hired her, perhaps lacking common sense, got just what they paid for--Roseanne Barr!
If you want chicken soup don’t order a chili relleno.
Lighten up kids and take this for what it is, a great moment in baseball history.
