Floods in Bangladesh Kill at Least 75 People

HARIRAMP, Bangladesh — Floods in northern Bangladesh have killed at least 75 people and made thousands homeless, officials said Friday.
The flooding that has affected up to 3 million villagers in northern Bangladesh was caused by an upsurge in several rivers after weeks of heavy rain.
