Stones Gather in East Berlin: Some 50,000 East and West Germans showed up for Monday night’s Rolling Stones concert in East Berlin, the group’s first Eastern European stop. On the 29th anniversary of the building of the Berlin Wall, lead singer Mick Jagger paced the Stones through a 2 1/2-hour performance at an East Berlin race track. The Stones play Prague next week.
