Nealis Appointed City Manager

Craig R. Nealis, deputy city administrator of Bellflower, has been appointed city manager of Rolling Hills.
Nealis, 32, succeeds Terrence Belanger, who resigned in June to become assistant city manager of Diamond Bar.
Nealis joined Bellflower in 1984 as an administrative assistant. He was assistant to the city administrator before being elevated to deputy city administrator in 1988. He holds degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno, and USC.
Nealis, who will assume his Rolling Hills duties Aug. 27, will be paid $52,260 a year.
