ORANGE : Public Hearing on Serrano Heights Plan

A Planning Commission public hearing on Serrano Heights, a development of 1,800 homes proposed for East Orange, will be conducted Monday at 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers.
The Woodcrest Development Inc. project calls for building townhouses, apartments and single-family homes on 727 acres in East Orange and would require grading of part of a ridge between Mabury Ranch and Anaheim Hills. The ridge is designated for development in the city’s general plan.
