Foster Grant Files for Bankruptcy: Foster Grant Corp., one of the leading manufacturers of sunglasses, has filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of federal bankruptcy laws. Company officials said the bankruptcy petition was filed Thursday in Tucson, Ariz., to avoid an anticipated cash-flow problem.
