Figurine Firm Challenges Agreement: Salvino Sport Legends Inc., a Corona firm that sells figurines of professional athletes, sued--on grounds of unfair competition--National Football League Properties and a New Jersey firm that sells figurines. Salvino, which markets porcelain figurines of such football players as Joe Montana, Joe Namath and Jim Brown, contends in the federal court suit that NFLP and Sports Impressions Inc. have an agreement that blocks Salvino from obtaining licenses to sell NFLP products. (Case Filed Aug. 15, 1990. Case No. SACV90-570.)
