Iraqi Forces Still in Iran, U.N. Says

NICOSIA, Cyprus — Iraqi forces still occupy pockets of Iranian territory, the commander of the U.N. soldiers monitoring the Iran-Iraq cease-fire was reported as saying Sunday.
Tehran Radio quoted Gen. Slavko Jovic, a Yugoslav who commands the U.N. Iran-Iraq Military Observer Group, as telling Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Velayati in Tehran that he would fly to Baghdad to ask the Iraqis to complete the pullout promised by Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein.
