Memorial Set for Fashion Designer Rick Beach

A memorial service for Los Angeles fashion designer Rick Beach will be held at 7:30 p.m., Thursday at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 7501 Hollywood Blvd. Beach, who worked with Patty Cappalli producing a widely known contemporary sportswear line, was 30 when he died Aug. 1 of AIDS-related causes.
