Milken Profits May be Reclaimed: Drexel Burnham Lambert and its primary creditors won a court order giving them access to records of an accounting firm used by investors in the firm’s junk-bond partnerships. They say some of the profits that former junk-bond king Michael Milken and other Drexel employees made in the partnerships should be returned to the bankrupt firm’s estate.
