Covina : RV Decision Postponed
Over the objections of about 100 people who came to support allowing recreational vehicle parking in front yards, the City Council on Monday postponed a decision on the zoning change to allow the parking.
The standing-room-only crowd grew hostile when Mayor Chris Lancaster announced that the vote would be delayed because Councilmen Tom O’Leary and Henry Morgan were absent. O’Leary proposed the change.
The council voted 3 to 0 to reschedule the matter for Nov. 19.
